Job Description
- Welcome and assist passengers, providing personalised support, coordinating customs and immigration formalities, and organising transfers.
- Coordinate all internal and external services involved in handling operations to ensure smooth and punctual flight execution.
- Assist flight crews with their operational and logistical needs.
- Prepare, verify and process internal and external invoices related to the services provided.
Required skills
- Education in hospitality, tourism, or an equivalent field.
- Previous experience in a similar position is an asset.
- Excellent command of French and English (bilingual level or equivalent). Additional languages are an advantage.
- Flexibility and availability to work irregular hours.
- Proficiency with IT tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills: team spirit, service orientation, versatility, ability to handle stress, and impeccable presentation.
- A valid driving licence is mandatory.
