Job Description

  • Welcome and assist passengers, providing personalised support, coordinating customs and immigration formalities, and organising transfers.
  • Coordinate all internal and external services involved in handling operations to ensure smooth and punctual flight execution.
  • Assist flight crews with their operational and logistical needs.
  • Prepare, verify and process internal and external invoices related to the services provided.

Required skills

  • Education in hospitality, tourism, or an equivalent field.
  • Previous experience in a similar position is an asset.
  • Excellent command of French and English (bilingual level or equivalent). Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Flexibility and availability to work irregular hours.
  • Proficiency with IT tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: team spirit, service orientation, versatility, ability to handle stress, and impeccable presentation.
  • A valid driving licence is mandatory.
