FalconLead CRM Administrator & R-Squad Representative (m/f)
We are seeking a FalconLead CRM Administrator & R-Squad Representative to ensure the integrity of the FalconLead CRM and act as the R-Squad focal point for the Eastern region within the Dassault MRO Group.
Reporting to the Sales Support Director, you will contribute to data accuracy, user support, performance analysis, and preparation of major inspections (48M and C-checks).
Job Description
- Administer the FalconLead CRM: user setup, daily support, issue resolution, and data quality management.
- Provide initial and ongoing user training with the CRM developer.
- Ensure data consistency in collaboration with Marketing, RSMs, and Management.
- Support or develop dashboards, performance reports, and analytical tools.
- Monitor market trends and fleet modification status.
- Act as R-Squad focal point for Eastern MROs and provide reliability-based SB lists for 48M and C-check inspections.
- Contribute to future CRM integrations and enhancements within the MRO Group.
Required skills
Education & Experience
- BS degree or equivalent
- 5–7 years in business aviation (Falcon experience preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office and database tools
Technical Skills
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Process-oriented mindset and workflow development experience
- Knowledge of Falcon products/services
- Experience creating performance reports and dashboards
