Maintenance

We support you with the heaviest of maintenance, including C-checks accomplished every eight years or so depending on model; structural repairs; engine service; and upgrades to flight deck and cabin to keep you aircraft modern and its value high. Those of course are scheduled services. When the unexpected happens, we are ready with GoTeams and the full resources of Dassault Aviation to return your aircraft to service quickly.

FROM STITCHING TO SATCOM

There is a full spectrum of services here, but also innovation: in cabin design, for example, and in repair techniques that speed return to service and save money.

Interior refurbishment

This is the home of true craftsmanship for leather and cabinetry, and all interior systems, with innovative and modern design choices for you to consider. It’s a big, capable shop—1,000 square meters, and conveniently collocated with our heavy maintenance operations so you can schedule multiple work packages together to economize down time. Plus, you’ll enjoy working with our design team.

NDT (Level II — Level III)

To assure sound structures, sometimes we need to look under the skin with non-destructive testing, and we do so with the latest technologies, including ultrasonic and radiographic techniques <<requires confirmation>>. The bottom line: safe structures, safely assessed.

Airframe

Here you’ll find experience that makes a difference. Our objective is to keep your entire airframe in top condition, through repairs, upgrades and interval inspections, including Falcon C, 2C, 3C and 4C checks; 48- and 96-month checks on Challengers; and 1C, 2C and 4C inspections on the Global Express. Our pre-purchase inspections (PPIs) are thorough and benefit buyers and sellers

Avionics upgrades entertainment and cabin

To keep your aircraft at the leading edge we accomplish EASy IV upgrades and also entire digital makeovers for the pre-EASy fleet. New cabin management systems make accessing entertainment and communications (even controlling lighting and temperature) simpler through personal devices. The latest in SATCOM upgrades keeps you connected almost everywhere, and with high-speed streaming.

Part21

Not every organization has Part 21 status. It means EASA has the confidence in Dassault Aviation Business Services to approve STC modifications or major repairs. It can speed up new installations, modifications, or the approval of structural repairs. It allows us to constantly be adding new upgrades and capabilities to enhance the productivity and value of your aircraft.

Sheet Metal / Structural

Experience counts when sheet metal work and structural repairs are required, due to corrosion, ramp damage or other reasons. DABS has decades of experience and the full support Dassault engineering when required.  This is precision work and important for maintaining aircraft value.

 

Brakes, Wheels and Tyres

We handled this work in-house in a specialized shop <<?>>. Modern wheel assemblies with carbon disk brakes and anti-skid systems are complex equipment. We manage overhaul expense with careful attention to disassembly, reassembly, inspection, repairs and cleaning as needed. We do a lot of brakes, which gives us the capability to carefully assess wear and take the most effective approach to returning them to service.

Paintshop

Paint can be subtle or bold, and we can deliver compelling designs either way. Also important, we deliver a smooth, glossy finish that will gleam and protect your aircraft asset. Painting is done on site in Geneva <<and elsewhere?>>>. No need to fly to another location. This makes it easy to combine paint with interior work or inspection intervals.

Cleaning

Cleaning exterior and interior requires more expertise than you might imagine. One must use the right materials in the right way, so that everything shines and every speck of dust is removed in a way that leaves the aircraft pristine without treating surfaces and soft goods harshly. We clean with a gentle, but thorough touch.

Technical Assistance

The Full Resources of Dassault at the Ready

Dassault Aviation Business Services has just about any capability you might need in-house, but when you need technical assistance, you might not be at DABS. Wherever and whenever you need it, the full resources of Dassault , including technicians, parts, and engineers are ready to support you.

AOG

Whether you are AOG in Geneva, other DABS locations, or in many other parts of the world, we can rush people, parts, and expertise where it is needed to get you flying. We can call on a Falcon 900 FAS (Falcon Airborne Support) jet when necessary for this purpose. We assemble GoTeams to address any situation. Typically responses are coordinated through our Maintenance Control Center in Lisbon, in coordination with the Falcon Command Center in Bordeaux-Mérignac.

Maintenance Command Center (MCC)

For quick reaction to AOG and other remote maintenance needs there is the MCC, based in Lisbon but leading the coordination of resources with DABS, DFS in Paris, and ExecuJet MRO Services throughout its network to field AOG teams, and for planning more extensive service, defining work scope, and assembling work packages. The idea behind the MCC is to respond fully and respond quickly, with the right people, parts, and other technical resources.

RAMP

Our line maintenance teams at DABS locations operate with the precision of the pit crews at The 24 Hours of Le Mans. Contact us before arrival or during your stay and we will be ready to roll into action for you. Fueling, water, other top offs (or offloads) are at the ready. Tire pressure checks, whatever you need to keep you on the fly.

Coordinating the best of Dassault

DABS is a big organization, and it is a part of an even larger one Dassault Customer Service, with 40 factory service centers, 20 authorized facilities and engineering and rapid response headquarters in Bordeaux-Mérignac. We can coordinate service and maintenance slots, as needed, anywhere.  And call on the best technical resources for troubleshooting, complex repairs or upgrades. It is literally, a world of service.

Pre-Purchase Inspection

Whether buying or selling, you want to make sure the pre-purchase inspection is in good hands. We conduct a thorough audit of documents plus inspection of the aircraft. We work with each party to facilitate transactions and can make mutually agreed upon repairs on the spot if required to close a deal. We also offer import and export services.

CAMO

DABS can serve as your dedicated Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO) or work seamlessly alongside your existing one. We can assume full responsibility for the airworthiness management of your aircraft, streamlining your operational oversight and ensuring every aspect — from inspections and maintenance to AOG coordination and meticulous record keeping — is managed with precision and efficiency. Our team brings extensive experience and proven expertise in delivering this critical function with reliability and professionalism.
